Return Policy

RETURN/REFUND POLICY : 

1. If the product is available in stock then it will be dispatched immediately to the buyer as a replacement for a previously received faulty /damaged product or else the refund will be issued. This process may take up to seven to ten working days.
2. Return will be accepted only if the product/part of an order is delivered in damaged condition or the wrong/defective product has been delivered. We will entertain the request only if the complaint has been raised within three days from the product is received. In case if the product is in working condition and not returned to us then the refund/replacement will not be issued. 
3. The refund will be issued in the same payment method and to the account from which payment was made to place the order. In case of Bank transfer and cash of delivery, the refund will be deposited in the bank account of the buyer itself. It takes 7 to 10 working days for the transaction to reflect in your account.

Limitation of Liability: 

Kryptonite Microsystems does not accept liability for products not being available for use, for corrupted or lost data/software. Kryptonite Microsystems will not be liable for lost profits, physical injury, loss of business or other special, indirect or punitive damages, even if informed of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by a third party. You agree that for any liability related to the purchase of products or services, Kryptonite Microsystems is not responsible for any amount of damages above the original amount of money you paid for the purchase.
